Giuliana Chacon
SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Welcome to The Learning World Academy at Doral!
My name is Giuliana Chacon Corallo and I am the Director at The Learning World Academy Doral. I was born in Valencia, Venezuela and moved to Miami in 2017 . I am married and have two children who are my pride and joy; Santiago and Giulia. When I am not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and reading.
I have always had a passion for nurturing young minds, which led me to discover my true calling in early childhood. Even though my background is in business administration, I have gained invaluable leadership skills and an incomparable love for my students over the past three years at The Learning World Doral.
As the current director, I am committed to creating a mission-driven program that prioritizes the growth and development of each child and a nurturing, stimulating environment. My dedication to lifelong learning empowers me to consistently enhance the educational experience for my students. Through my leadership and passion, I am committed to creating a preschool program that not only meets the highest standards of early childhood education but also makes a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of the children and families we serve.
Paoli Ruiz
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR
My name is Paoli Ruiz de Mercado and I am the Assistant Director at The Learning World Academy Doral. I was born in Venezuela. I am married and the proud mother to my five-year-old son, Gianluca, and our golden retriever, Mila. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing table games, going to the gym, listening to music, meditation audios, and enjoying gastronomy with my husband.
I graduated from the Catholic University of Tachira in Venezuela, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Educational Licentiate with a specialization in Comprehensive Education. Since 2012, I’ve been working as a teacher, gaining valuable experience in the field. In 2015, I moved to the United States, where I continued my career, working with various age groups.
My mission as the assistant director at The Learning World Academy Doral, is to continue learning and collaborating with like-minded educators in order to create a safe and nurturing environment for the children and families we serve!
